The service

The site is a free tool for editing YouTube srv3 and other subtitles in your browser. We may change, suspend or stop all or part of it at any time without notice.

Your content

Subtitles, project files and anything else you make or edit with the site belong to you; the site gains no rights to them. Lyrics, videos and other material may be protected by copyright, so make sure you have the right to use, change and publish them. Content you upload to YouTube or other platforms must follow that platform's terms.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site for anything illegal, and don't interfere with or attack it.

Third-party services

The site uses third-party services such as the YouTube player, Google Analytics and ads, which have their own terms, such as the YouTube Terms of Service. For how the site handles data, see the privacy policy.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is”. We don't promise that it is free of errors, always available, or that the subtitles you make will display correctly on YouTube or other platforms. Your work is kept in your browser and can be lost, for example when browser data is cleared, so save and back up your files yourself.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site is not liable for any loss, including lost data, that results from using or not being able to use it.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms and will publish the changes on this page. If you keep using the site after a change, you agree to the new terms.
